A pioneer in the field of gynecologic oncology, Dr. Fuller offers area residents the most cutting edge surgical treatments for gynecologic cancers. After spending 21 years at Massachusetts General Hospital as chief of gynecologic oncology, Dr. Fuller elected to practice at Winchester Hospital because of their commitment to innovative, integrated care for women.
As VP of Integrated Cancer Care at Winchester Hospital, Dr. Fuller is a clinical leader shaping a new model of cancer care at Winchester Hospital; assuring patients have access to a comprehensive spectrum of clinical care and support that treats body, mind and spirit.
An internationally recognized expert in the field of gynecologic oncology, Dr. Fuller speaks at conferences throughout the country, and has authored both text books and papers on subjects related to gynecologic surgery and oncology.

Dr. Rajan is one of just a few fellowship trained urogynecologists in Massachusetts, is a clinical expert in care of urogynecologic conditions, including spectrum of pelvic and bladder issues. Her expertise includes minimally invasive procedures to cure stress incontinence, a condition that afflicts an estimated 40% of all women between age 40-60.
Recognizing that millions of women suffer in silence from frequent urination and loss of bladder control, Dr. Rajan along with several other highly skilled surgeons are committed to helping women eliminate or improve these conditions and enhance their quality of life.
