Frank Waddell, MD, Chair of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Winchester Hospital
Dr. Waddell attended medical school at the University of North Carolina and completed his internship and residency at the Medical College of Virginia. He is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Waddell has provided obstetric and gynecologic care to women of the surrounding towns for many years and is a leader in advanced laparoscopic surgery to treat conditions including pelvic organ prolapse and urinary incontinence.
Karen McAlmon, MD, Medical Director of the Special Care Nursery
Dr. McAlmon is a Harvard trained neonatologist on the staff of Boston Children's Hospital who has devoted her career to building and distinguishing Winchester Hospital's Special Care Nursery as one of the very best units in the region. Families from throughout the region have benefited from the expertise of Dr. McAlmon and the members of the Special Care Nursery team. Dr. McAlmon completed her internship, residency and fellowship at Boston Children's Hospital and is board certified in neonatology.
